Our Mission
The Vita H2O Project delivers high-quality water from the Upper Laramie Aquifer (ULA), which is naturally sourced, expertly treated and efficiently distributed. We serve water districts, municipal water suppliers, private customers and industrial customers in northern Colorado with affordable, long-term water supply options backed by FrontRange H2O’s established industry expertise and experience.

Why We Exist
Water providers across the Front Range face growing challenges, including uncertainty about long-term supply, accelerating demand and the need to make strategic decisions that will shape future generations. These pressures require more than traditional solutions. They demand resilience, innovation and trusted partners.
The Vita H2O Project was developed to support forward-thinking leaders navigating this complex landscape and to serve as part of the solution for the region’s long-term water future.
By responsibly sourcing fully decreed nontributary groundwater and integrating treatment, reuse and aquifer storage, the project supports a conjunctive use strategy that helps water providers extend supplies, store water in wet years and reuse it over time. This approach strengthens existing water portfolios, helps flatten the cost curve for future years and provides flexibility during periods of drought or demand growth.
Unlike traditional water development strategies that rely on buy-and-dry transfers from agriculture, The Vita H2O Project adds a new, scalable resource designed to complement existing surface water supplies while supporting the long-term resilience of northern Colorado communities.
